We would like to share with you a Special Alert from the FDIC (Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation) about increased reports of fraudulent internet banking transactions.
In most of the cases, fraudulent transactions were made from customers whose online business banking software credentials were compromised. In other words, computers were infected by malicious software, including Trojan horse programs, key loggers and other spoofing techniques, allowing thieves to steal account log-in information. Illicitly obtained credentials were then used to initiate fraudulent transactions (including wire transfers) and take over customers' accounts.

transfer requests (our employee will contact you to confirm wire request initiated via online banking, and we reserve the right to not process the wire request, if contact cannot be made).
