Mr.
Yang is the owner/operator of Seville Classic, Inc., founded in 1979.
The company generates annual sales of over $100 million, importing
waste receptacles and metal shelving. Seville Classic was recently
awarded “Vendor of the Year” by Wal-Mart. He was formerly
President of the Taiwanese American Chamber of Commerce (TACC). Mr.
Yang has personally initiated two programs at TACC, including “Second
Generation Assistance” to introduce young people to the real
world, and “Project Convalescent Home” for seniors. |

Hsieh - Director |

Mr.
Hsieh is a Certified Public Accountant and is the Chief Financial
Officer of Nevis Homes, LLC, one of the largest home builders in Arcadia.
He is also a founder and broker in charge of SPD Mortgage, LLC, a
boutique residential mortgage originator. Prior to starting Nevis
Homes, he was Director of Financial Analysis with Colony Advisors
LLC. He started his financial career with Ernst & Young, LLP and
Kenneth Leventhal and Company. He received his Master of Business
Taxation and Master of Real Estate Development degrees from the University
of Southern California in 1994. |

Mr.
Leu has been an active real estate developer and investor in Greater
Los Angeles area since 1980’s. He is highly experienced in the
lodging business as well as in real estate development. Mr. Leu holds
several ownership interest in hotels, apartments etc. throughout Southern
California. Many of Mr. Leu’s real estate investment projects
over the past 20 years have been in the San Gabriel Valley. Mr. Leu
holds a Bachelors degree from the Chinese Culture University in Taiwan. |

Mr.
Lee is currently the C.E.O. of Nevis Homes, LLC, and an accomplished
homebuilder in the Los Angeles region. Nevis Homes, LLC is one of
the largest homebuilders in the city of Arcadia. Mr. Lee also serves
on the foundation board of the Arcadia Methodist Hospital. Mr. Lee
attained his BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University
of Southern California and an MBA from Pepperdine University and a
Master of Real Estate Development degree from USC in Los Angeles,
California. Mr. Lee had served on the board of American International
Bank from 1998 to 2000. |

Dr.
Joseph Chiang has been practicing pediatric dentistry in Hacienda
Heights and Chino, California since 1990. Dr. Chiang received a DDS
degree from Chung Shan Medical/Dental College in Taiwan in 1985 and
a specialty certificate in pediatric dentistry form the University
of Southern California in 1990. He was an attending staff member at
Long Beach Miller Memorial Hospital from 1990 to 1993 and served as
a part time faculty member at the University of Southern California
in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry from 1996 to 1999. |

Mr.
Sai has over 20 years of experience as an executive with Yakult Honshia
Co., working in Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Guam, and the Philippines.
His duties have included setting up various operating systems all
over the world, business development, import/export, and management.
His ten-year education in Japan provided him with Japanese society
skills to be a highly effective international executive. Mr. Sai has
been an active real estate investor since arriving in Southern California
in 2000. |

Mrs.
Kellogg attained her BS degree in Business Administration and an MBA
from the University of Southern California. Mrs. Kellogg has served
as President of the San Marino Schools Foundation and President of
the PTA for Huntington Middle School. She has served on the Board
of Directors of First Bank of Beverly Hills for the past three years.
Mrs. Kellogg is a seasoned banking professional and began her banking
career at Union Bank in 1975. She had been named CEO of Frontier Bank,
CEO of Hancock Savings Bank and CEO of American International Bank. |

Hsu is a careered banker with over 19 years in banking. During 1999
to 2003, Mr. Hsu served as President/CEO of Los Angeles National Bank
(“LANB”) in Buena Park, California. Prior to LANB, Mr.
Hsu was the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of American
International Bank . Mr. Hsu’s early banking career experience
included capacities as branch manager and commercial lending officer.
Mr. Hsu graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from
National Cheng-Chu University in Taiwan and attended Pacific Coast
Graduate School of Banking in Seattle. In 2002, Mr. Hsu served as
President of the National Association of Chinese American Bankers. |

for banks in the Southern California area. Mr. Shih has an undergraduate
degree in Business Administration and Finance, from the University
of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma. |

Chung-Yuan University from Taiwan. |
